Well, this past week has been crazy for us. With the election and me starting to work more shifts now that Avery is older, time is really flying.
There is a video I need to post on here, it is too cute. Avery is in the habit of taking off her diapers, so we decided to put her on the potty chair to see if she is ready to start potty training. She was compliant 2 times then after that she doesn't want to have anything to do with it. The video is of her standing in the bathroom looking at the potty and she says "potty" and shakes her head no and says "no, no, no" . It really is too cute, if I had to guess I'd say that she doesn't like it b/c its probably cold to her bottom. I have to have stephen walk me through how to put a video on the website, I tryed and couldn't get it to work.
This coming week we will be going on vacation to Gatlinburg, smoky mountains. I can't wait, I just hope that we have enough things planned to keep Avery busy and entertained. I don't want a cranky butt on vacation with us, haha. When we get back from vacation I will post some pictures then.

About the first time an "accident" ends up on the carpet, cold seat or not, I bet I know where that butt will be.....on the pot.

yeah, we decided to wait a little longer to start trying, then I am gonna take mrs margarets advice and take off 5-7 days and devote to only potty training...so we get it right on the first try.
